Queen sacrifices with Boris Spassky

7/27/2024 – Boris Spassky, world champion from 1969 to 1972, is regarded as a universal player. It's no wonder that he managed a few nice queen sacrifices in the course of his career. A small selection. | Photo: Boris Spassky at the 1984 Thessaloniki Chess Olympiad / Gerhard Hund
