11/10/2022 – Surya Ganguly, the experienced GM from West Bengal, won the Bangkok Chess Club Open 2022 with a score of 7½/9 ahead of strong players like Aryan Tari, Hrant Melkumyan and Nigel Short. IM Sagar Shah conducted an interview with the Bengal tiger, where they talk about Surya’s whole experience in the tournament, the beautiful moments with her daughter Arya (pictured), and his passion for wildlife!

11/9/2022 – At the beginning of November, there were plenty of opportunities to play chess in the south of Germany: The open tournaments in Deizisau and Baden-Baden gave committed chess players the chance to play 14 games in a total of eight tournament days. Jonathan Carlstedt won in Deizisan and Oleg Korneev won in Baden-Baden. Bettina Trabert reports.

11/9/2022 – IM Laura Unuk has been the best woman of her country, Slovenia for over seven years. She has won several Slovenia girls championships - Under-10, 12, 14, 16 and 18 from 2009 to 2017. She has also won a team Gold, individual Gold (2014) and Silver (2017) at European Under-18 Girls' Team. She is also the World Youth Under-16 (2014) and Under-18 Girls (2017) champion. The brand ambassador of Ferme Fashion and Huawei Slovenia also became the brand ambassador of Ford Slovenia. She was given a brand-new custom designed Ford Puma hybrid car which she calls Pumica (Baby Puma).
