First let us get over with the technical stuff – the very high-category chess that is going on at the European Championships.

After 11 rounds Zurab Azmaiparashvili (Elo 2678, Georgia) remains in the sole lead with 8 points. He is followed by twelve players within striking distance.  Behind them is a group of 19 players with 7/11.

For two days now we have been pressured by chess players all over the world, mainly by a very stong GM living in Greece, asking us to for chrissake publish the pictures we promised already, dammit.
