Prague International Festival Round 9

3/14/2019 – The 1st Prague Chess Festival is being played in the Czech capital between March 5th and 15th 2019. In total there are three tournaments: the Masters, the Challengers and the Open A tournament. Top seeds in the Masters are Jan-Krzysztof Duda, Rapport Richard and David Navara. The venue is the four-star hotel, "Don Giovanni" in the centre of Prague. Organized by the Chess Club Novy Bor, the idea of ​​the tournament is to facilitate opportunities for young star players of the Czech Republic to participate in a tournament with players of the international elite in their own country. 

Masters

Nikita Vitiugov finished in clear first maintaining his half point lead over Radoslaw Wojtaszek and Jan-Krzysztof Duda for one more round.
