Just about everyone who writes about movies and series is currently chasing after one of the protagonists or creators of the Netflix series "The Queen's Gambit" to get an interview, including Eric van Reem.

"For several weeks I've been trying to get in touch with co-author Allan Scott to interview him about the idea of the series 'The Queen's Gambit'," writes Eric van Reem. "Scott is a very busy screenwriter and then he got a Covid 19 infection and had to go to hospital. After all, he is already 79 years old. But then things worked out and he had a lot to tell – there's some info in the podcast that hasn't been in the press before and that makes it quite exclusive!"
