Russian Team Championship Finals

The Eleventh Russian Team Chess Championship Finals is being played from April 20-28 in the Hotel Dagomys, Sochi. Ten teams are fighting for National Champion title. The league has gathered a lot of very strong players – every second player is a grandmaster. The Women's Premier League consists of nine teams. Pictorial report.

The championship is staged by a new non-profit organization called the Russian Chess League. The main goal of the RCL is to organize professional self-supported team competitions in Russia. The RCL board consist of leading chess clubs representatives.
