The consumption of alcoholic drinks, smoking and the use of mobile phones are forbidden in the playing hall.

Entries

  • Only the enclosed reply card will be accepted.
  • Please fill in the reply card and return it a.s.a.p. As soon as the maximum number of participants has been reached (which can easily be mid November), the organisers will draw for allotment in the event.
  • Refusal of your entry will be reported as soon as possible.
  • Acceptance of your entry will be confirmed in the second half of December.
  • In due time you will be able to monitor the score of entries at the below mentioned website.
  • Since the organisers would like to give as many people as possible a chance to take part in the various tournaments, you are allowed to enter only one tournament. Should you apply for more than one tournament, then the organisers will make a choice.
