European Club Cup - Live!

Round 7

The European Club Cups are taking place this year from 20 to 26 October in Vrnjacka Banja, Serbia. A total of 84 teams in the open tournament and 18 teams in the women's tournament are taking part. Both events are 7-round Swiss opens.

The best team in terms of rating average is SuperChess from Romania (Gukesh, Abdusattorov, Praggnanandhaa) ahead of Alkaloid from Macedonia (Arjun, Wei, Yu) and Novy Bor from Czechia (Vidit, Keymer, Harikrishna).

In the women's tournament, the Cercle d'Echecs de Monte-Carlo from Monaco is the strongest team, with Goryachkina, Vaishali and Kadelmasharieh on the top three boards.
