10/15/2012 – Low flying planes are a common sight in the Israeli port city, where Tomsk-400 defeated Tammer-Shakki 6-0, while Saint-Petersburg CF, facing a much tougher opponent, Economist-SGSEU Saratov, won 3½-2½. Both teams still have a perfect match score, with Socar Azerbaijan (6:0 against Zurich) working hard to catch up. In the women's section Monte Carlo leads with 8/8. Round four report.

The 28th European Club Cup 2012 is taking place in Eilat, Israel, as a seven-round Swiss from October 11 to 18 (no free day). The rounds starts at 15:00 local time. The time controls are 90 minutes for 40 moves plus 30 minutes for the rest of the game with an increment of 30 seconds per move, starting from move one. The zero tolerance rule (6.6a of the FIDE Laws of Chess) will be applied: any player who arrives at the chessboard after the start of the session loses the game.

Round four report

The team Tomsk-400 defeated Tammer-Shakki 6-0, while Saint-Petersburg CF faced a much tougher opponent, Economist-SGSEU Saratov, and won 3½-2½. Both teams still have a perfect match score. Socar Azerbaijan also won round four with a 6-0 score but is in the second tier with 6/8.
