Round 7

The tournament is taking place on December 15-21. Each day the round starts at 3 p.m. IST with round 1 being on December 15 and round 7 being on December 21. The final round will begin slightly before the usual time.

The time control is 90 minutes for the entire game with 30 seconds increment per move for the entire game. There will be no second time control.

The venue of the event is the Leela Palace Hotel in Chennai, one of the finest hotels in the city. This is where all the players are staying as well.
