Vlastimil Hort is suffering from the Corona crisis and the restrictions that come with it. Under normal circumstances, the 77-year-old would play in tournaments, tell stories, give simuls, and entertain his fans in person. But none of that is possible at the moment. The former World Championship candidate is using the imposed home-staying to work on another book of chess stories.

In Ben Johnson's Perpetual Chess podcast Hort talks about the current situation of the chess world, his first and his second book, and shares memories of his career.
