After 45.Bf3 Black has several options (so no training question), but I like the long retreat Ba7! best - you too? 45...Bxf3? 46.Qe8+ Kg7 47.Qe5+ with perpetual check: Kg8 47...Kh6 48.Qf4+ 47...f6 48.Qc7+ Kh6 49.Qf4+ 47...Kf8?? 48.Qh8+ Ke7 49.Nd5+!+- 48.Qe8+=
