Endgame Magic #170

Lei Tingjie from China dominated the Women's Grand Swiss in Riga from beginning to end and won the tournament smoothly. Elisabeth Pähtz from Germany and Zhu Jiner from China shared second and third place. Pähtz also made a GM norm.

The two met in round six and played a gripping game that culminated in a complicated and fascinating endgame. Elisabeth Pähtz managed to draw this difficult endgame but in the position below White missed a way to win. How should White proceed?
