Global Chess Festival 2023

We welcome you all to the 9th Judit Polgar's Global Chess Festival! October 14th, in person, October 15th, online.

Master Class Vol.16 - Judit Polgar

In this video course, experts (Pelletier, Marin, Müller and Reeh) examine the games of Judit Polgar. Let them show you which openings Polgar chose to play, where her strength in middlegames were, or how she outplayed her opponents in the endgame.

All festival programs are free of charge.

Right or left? Red or blue? Should I speak or listen? Familiar situations? It's often not easy to decide, but you have to. Let's talk about it! Let's meet at Judit Polgar’s Global Chess Festival, where this year's theme is decision-making.

How does chess improve our decision-making skills? How can we use these experiences in other fields? Games, workshops, demonstrations, round-table discussions and lectures: let's dive together into the art of decision-making - through chess.

We look forward to seeing you in Budapest at the Hungarian National Gallery or follow us LIVE on YouTube. Your decision - your move.

Until then, enjoy the best moments of Judit Polgar's Global Chess Festival!
