32.Qf7 is ... the winner for White, since it comes with two deadly threats! Please play it - and think about something for the game continuation 32...Nc6 ...

The position was already lost before the black rook's 31st move. Black's 29th move was a losing move. 29...Qa7 would have been much better, although even then White has the advantage.
