Game of the Week #440

Merijn van Delft: "Magnus Carlsen seemed well on his way to win the Skilling Open, but in the final against Wesley So, the World Champion was surprisingly vulnerable with Black against 1.e4. He lost against a sideline of the Sveshnikov and in the final match his Caro-Kann was not stable enough either. In our Game of the Week we will examine how the American managed to shake Carlsen's trust in 1...e5."

Warming-up question: What would you play here with White?
