Thoralf Karlsson reports:

Chess Tiger 15.0 is the name of Christophe Thérons latest chess program, sold by Lokasoft. SSDF has now tested it on both Athlon 1200 MHz and K6-2 450 MHz.

Chess Tiger 15.0 A1200 has a rating of 2731 after 517 tournament games. This gives it a fourth place on the list, 24 points behind the leading Deep Fritz 7.0. Compared to it´s two predecessors CT14 and GT2, Chess Tiger 15.0 has in average 18 points more.

On K6-2 450 MHz Chess Tiger 15.0 takes the top position, 31 points above Deep Fritz, and 44 points in average above Chess Tiger 14 and Gambit Tiger 2.0! As can be seen we have played less games on the slower hardware, which makes this rating somewhat less reliable.

Next rating list will appear in January or February.
