In the top matches of round 6 Dominik Horvath from Austria drew against Andrey Esipenko, the number one seed. Svane won a complicated game against the Bulgarian Momchil Petkov.

 

After the rest day on Monday Svane will play Adam Kozak in round seven. The other two players with five points, Nikolozi Kacharav and Dambasuren Batsuren will play against each other.

Zhu Jhiner, the world's best female junior, starts in the open group, where she is 38th with 3.5/6.
