The question was simple: What was the name of the electronic chess program that played against world champion Vladimir Kramnik? The alternatives are visible in the picture above.

The candidate freezes. They all sound just like "electronic chess programs", don't they? Well there went the money, and a chance to earn a great deal more.

So what we learn from this unfortunate incident is clear: if you really want to become a millionaire, really, really want to become a millionaire, then you must keep abreast with the latest news. Visiting the site regularly is a first step. And remember: in December Garry Kasparov is going to play Deep Purple. Or was it Deep Senior? Deep Blue? Deep Junior?
