Young winners

Two young, talented Indian players are having a great start to the spring. In Reykjavik, Praggnanandhaa came out on top, defeating Gukesh in the final round. They then both travelled on to La Roda in Spain, and this time Gukesh won with 8/9 and Pragg came third with 7/9.

Gukesh defeated Victor Mikhalevski in La Roda’s final round. White to play and win.

And how did Pragg win here with White?

One more from a game by Pragg. How did he continue his initiative? White to play.

And here’s a mate-in-two.
