7/4/2022 – Our software with the database program, the chess programs, the chess server, numerous FritzTrainer MultiMedia courses and the numerous apps for the online functions is manifold, and naturally questions about the operation of the programs arise again and again. Besides the manuals we offer another important source of information for our users: the ChessBase Wiki.

YOUR PERSONAL CHESS COACH - Whether you’re taking your first steps into the world of club chess, or already playing at a tournament level: with FRITZ, you can train more efficiently, intelligently and with a more personalised approach than ever before.
FRITZ is more than just a chess engine – it’s a training revolution! Whether you’re taking your first steps into the world of club chess, or already playing at a tournament level: with FRITZ, you can train more efficiently, intelligently and with a more personalised approach than ever before.

In the support database you can find numerous hints and tips for solving technical problems or certain application situations. The database is constantly updated, interesting questions and answers are published regularly.

Currently, many owners of FritzTrainer multimedia courses are interested in how to watch their purchased products with the new streaming function for playing the courses in our video portal. The instructions for this can be found in the CB WIKI at the link below:

You can find the start page of our support database CB WIKI under the link

Alternatively, you can access the CB WIKI on our website under the menu item Support – FAQS.

Different access options are available. The start page of the CB WIKI shows the most frequent keywords.

Clicking on the ChessBase16 entry lists all articles related to the operation of our database program.

You can search for specific topics using the input line next to Search.

If you want to search the CB WIKI for the topicality of the contributions, a click on the menu item Content helps. Here you will find a list of entries according to the date they were created. You can also reverse the sorting criterion by clicking on the column entry "created on".
