In this week's episode I'll have a look at the game Maghsoodloo-Ragger, which lasted only 24 moves. Against the Grunfeld, White opted for the Exchange Variation with 7.Bc4 and Black chose the minor alternative 10...e6. Although the move is theoretically perfectly playable for Black, after 11.dxc5 Black failed to complete his development, as the light-squared bishop could not be brought into play. One mistake by Black was enough for the Iranian top player to launch a devastating attack.

Exercise: Do you see the killer move White played in the game?
