Their highest profile partnership was the Red Bull Stratos, on October 14, 2012, in which Austrian skydiver Felix Baumgartner fell from an altitude of 39 kilometers, breaking several world records, including breaking the speed barrier without any form of engine power as his drop to earth reached 1357 km/h (Mach 1.25). The event was followed by over 9.5 million people live on YouTube as it took place, also a record.
