Robert Ris: "My favourite game of the week is a battle between world number two and three: Hikaru Nakamura vs Fabiano Caruana. In this game Caruana used the Cozio Variation (3...Nge7) against the Ruy Lopez. Developing the knight via e7 to g6 is interesting but time-consuming. After White played h4, which Black countered with ...h5, the board was quickly on fire. This line is complicated and several top GMs have lost here in 25 moves or less! Chess doesn't get any sharper than this - so don't miss this episode!"

Question: What is White's best move here?
