The London Chess Classic elite section is an all-play-all tournament featuring eight Super Grandmasters, organised by Chess in Schools & Communities (CSC) and sponsored by XTX Markets. The event takes place at the Emirates Stadium, London, home to Arsenal Football Club, between Friday 29 November and Saturday 7 December.

The tournament is affiliated with the FIDE Circuit 2024.

Time Control – 40 moves in 90 minutes + 30 minutes for the remainder of the game, with a 30-second increment from move 1.

The players cannot draw a game by mutual agreement before Black's 30th move. A
claim for a draw before Black’s 30th move is permitted only through the Chief Arbiter or his/her Deputy in case of threefold repetition.

The aim of these Dvd's is to build a repertoire after 1.c4 and 2.g3 for White. The first DVD includes the systems 1...e5, the Dutch and Indian setups. The second DVD includes the systems with 1...c5, 1...c6 and 1...e6.
