A two-and-a-half-hour podcast

Throughout his career, Magnus Carlsen has proven to be a well-spoken, cultured person with substantiated opinions in a number of subjects. The conversation begins with a discussion on who is the best soccer player in history (a Real Madrid fan, Carlsen still thinks Lionel Messi is the best) and goes over different facets of chess and life as a chess professional.

Lex Fridman demonstrates he knows quite a bit about chess — he played Demis Hassabis a bit over a month ago — as he proficiently leads the conversation to discussions that are attractive both for chess enthusiasts and the public in general.
