lajosarpad, Frits Fritschy: Good point! I should have mentioned that. And indeed White wins after 93...Qd5? 94.Kg3 Qb3 95.Kf4 in the long run.

93... Qd5 was my first idea a well. 94.f6? Qxe4+ seems to be a draw, but 94.Kg3 Qb3 95.Kf4 wins the ph5, after which black can continue a few moves; but with an extra pawn, f6 will work in similar situations.

I was thinking along the lines of Qd5 and maintaining the Q along the a2-g8 diagonal, banking on a stalemate if White takes it and if White doesn't take it, then giving checks instead. Maybe I underestimated f6.

Just a little thing I noticed: the engine (and the databases) doesn't seem to know the game is already finished after 107.Qd6+.
