First, you put the position which you want to turn into a diagram onto your screen, either by playing through a game or by creating the position by hand (press the key "s" on your keyboard).

Then go to the menu, select File→Save→Save Position.
Now you have to choose how and where to save the picture of the diagram, that is you have to choose the format of the picture file and the directory in which you want to save it.
Saving a diagram as picture file creates an exact copy of the diagram, including colours, arrows, etc. Of course, you can edit the diagram like any other picture, e.g. making it larger, smaller or changing it in other ways.

It is also possible to convert diagrams into a text. Again, you first have to call up (or create) the position you want to export as a diagram.
Now go to "Home" and select "Copy Position". This copies the position to the clipboard.
Switch to your text processing program to insert the diagram from the clipboard into your text. Here's an example how this might look like:

That'ld be faster for images one want to edit or one wish to paste in a word document, without keeping an original jpeg or PNG.
You are able to export diagrams whre you look from the Black Point of view in both ways.
In the case you use the jpeg-option simply flip the board (Ctrl+F) before you export and create the jpeg-picture. As it s a 1:1 Picture you will look from the Black Point of view.
In the case you wish an export into a textfile do the following steps:
1. Open a database and look at the games list.
2. Use the right mouse button and the feature "Selection to Textfile"
3. Another window will open and you chose at left "rtf", in the middle you need to activate at least "Diagrams" and "Diagrams flipped". On the right side it is up to your choice.
4.Then press OK but their position you like to export and progress as described in the tutorial. Your diagram in the will be shown as flipped = from the Black point of view.
5. Keep in mind to flip again in the same way when you want to look at diagrams from the White point of view.

Or an author writes an opening book, which is a repertoire for Black, and all diagrams are from White's side.
Is there a way to export a diagram with the board turned from Black side?
Because that would help also those who want to read a book without board.
