Keti Tsatsalashvili is a Georgian Woman Grandmaster and chess commentator. She has been a commentator at important events like the 2017 Chess World Cup and the King Salman World Rapid and Blitz Championship, Riyadh. She is also a six-time medal winner at the European and World Youth Championships. In 2007, she was the title winner at the World Youth Championship in the U-16 Girls category. When she isn’t playing or commentating on chess, Keti loves to read, travel and try different cuisines.
9/8/2019 – The Polish Team Championship wrapped up this week with eight-time "Extraliga" champions WASKO Hetman Katowice and its star players GM Radoslaw Wojtaszek, GM Jan-Krzysztof Duda, GM David Navara, GM Bartosz, GM Monika Socko and others winning yet another title. 5/16/2018 – Before the Polish Championship, there was the Polish-Hungarian friendship championship. This nine-round rapid tournament has been held since 2013, and attracts hundreds of players young and old to Katowice, Poland for a fun-filled weekend. 4/5/2018 – The Mediterranean Flower was a closed WGM tournament held from Feb 24th to March 3rd, 2018. The 10-player round-robin attracted players from six countries and was won by Russian WIM Elena Tomilova. Besides winning the tournament, Tomilova also scored her second WGM norm. Strong performances were also recorded by lower seeds like Patricija Vujnovic and Petra Kejza.
