GM Jan Werle on the Sicilian Taimanov with 6.Be2. His video presentation is based on the game Firouzja vs. Mastrovasilis, European Team Championships November 2021. Grandmaster Jan Werle presents insights, ideas and thoughts on a tricky opening variation against the popular Taimanov Siclian.

GM Markus Ragger, Austria’s number 1, shows how Carlsen plays the Sicilian Moscow variation (1.e4 c5 2.Nf3 d6 3.Bb5+). He takes a deep look at the 3…Nd7 4.d4 cxd4 5.Nxd4!? variation (5.Qxd4 is more common, but Carlsen had some new sharp ideas in the line with 5.Nxd4.) The Austrian top-grandmaster explains the nuances and finer points of this new approach.

IM Robert Ris, successful ChessBase Fast & Furious show master contributes some fascinating sacrificial ideas for Black in the Sicilian Four Knights (1.e4 c5 2.Nf3 e6 3.d4 cxd4 4.Nxd4 Nf6 5.Nc3 Nc6 6.Nxc6), and a rare but interesting opening variation based on the top-level rapid game Pichot vs. Aronian, May 2021.

GM Nicholas Pert covers the Nimzo-Indian (1.d4 Nf6 2.c4 e6 3.Nc3 Bb4) with 4.Qc2. 4.Qc2 is the respected main line and the grandmaster shows you how to challenge the solid Nimzo-Indian. Pert goes quite deep and offers nice ideas for both sides how to handle the main line in the best way.

GM Markus Ragger takes a look at Grunfeld with 5.Bd2 c5, a nice and trendy way to solve all problems in the 5.Bd2 Grunfeld. After watching this video you will welcome all 5.Bd2 aficionados and you will be able to counter in Grunfeld-Ragger style.

Of course there are many more videos in a lot of popular opening variations.
