Answer

Problem: Unfortunately when following live broadcasts on Playchess (e.g. Klaus Bischof or TV ChessBase) I cannot receive videos. The media window appears empty, white on the left, black on the right and there is the error message: “Please install the latest Adobe Flash player”. But the latter is installed, the videos on the ChessBase training DVDs work with no problems.

Solution: In order to play the live broadcasts the following file is required:

Programs (x86)\ChessBase\CBase14\Flash\nano.player.swf

The working of the Flash player can be tested by using the following website:
