Question: I have a question about the optimal way to install ChessBase Magazine. When copying the numerous databases in CB Magazine into my main databases, it would save lot of time if it were possible to place the icons in “My Databases”, i.e. on the main desktop, and then save them in that order.

My SSD disk on the computer is nearly full. Does it make sense to copy and use new CB trainers primarily on to an external hard drive dedicated to that purpose or would there be any problems with copyright?

Answer: In order to easily install the material from ChessBase Magazine on a hard disk, an installation routine is implemented in the magazine. You will find it on the Start page of the magazine if you scroll down.

Installing Fritz trainers on an external hard drive should work, as long as the drive is linked to your computer.
