Question: I've purchased some CB products over the last few years, which arrived as DVDs. Since then, some PCs/laptops don't have a DVD reader anymore, some DVD readers got broken, etc.

Is there an option to download a software version of a product from your website, given the serial number of the product and user credentials?

Answer:  We don’t offer such a service but you may copy all your Fritz Trainer DVDs or other programs to an external USB hard disk of yours. This way you will be able to install your Fritz Trainers / Programs also to a new device that does not come with a DVD drive.
