Question: I have the impression that in rated games, the opening book is always set to the  "tournament" mode (independently what the user select in the options). This means that the variability of the openings is limited. For training purposes, I would like to play rated games with a higher degree of opening variability. How can I make that?

The software plays always from the "tournament book" in rated game mode. The alternative possibility is to create a complete new opening book that does not contain any attributes, for example "Tournament move" or any other move preferences.

Note: if you use the "remove move marks" function, this removes comments like "!, ?" etc. from the opening book.

But it does not change the status of the individual moves for their use in Tournament play!
