Installation problem Fritz - Your Chess Trainer

Answer

Note: when installing the new FRITZ-Your Chess Trainer there are sometimes problems on Windows10/11 computers.

The program does not start and you get this message:

Solution: on the DVD (or in the download area in our online store) there is the tool "SetupGamingService". Please download this application and run the program. After that the new FritzTrainer will start without any problems.

Note: those who have already installed other games from the Microsoft Store will not be confronted with this message.
