Question: I own the combination Big Database 2023 and Chessbase 17 and I don't know how to find annotated games. I am looking for games that have been commented in detail and where you can learn something. When I start the search, I either find no games at all, or I find games that have a comment, but it is only a single word or character. This is not helpful. Please explain me the fastest way to find fully commented games.
Answer: the Big Database does not contain annotated games (and also no game update subscription). Therefore the search function does not find annotated games. Only the Mega Database contains annotated games (and a game update subscription) and in this database the search function of the database will find them.
