How can I reset my password?

A password reset for the ChessBase Account is available at 

https://account.chessbase.com/en/pwd-recovery

Just enter username and e-mail address and click on "Request new password".

If you do not receive an e-mail, please also check the spam folder of your e-mail program.
If you are not sure which e-mail you used to register your CB Account, check your second or third e-mail address.
