Read notation from video

Answer

Question: is it correct that with the latest DVD (Apps) produced by you it is no longer possible to download the respective notations of the individual videos that are on the App? It would make it much easier to deal with the examples found on the apps (e.g. download these notations as examples into your own databases and add your own comments there).

Answer: you can save interesting games or position fragments of a Chess Media lecture permanently, in order to add comments or analyze them at a later time if necessary. A click on the "Pause" button pauses the lesson.

This will work with the current chess programs and ChessBase 17. It will not work with the web apps or CB Reader.

If there is an interesting position incl. notation on the chess board, you can reach the goal via the menu item File - Save Game. You simply create a new database with a suitable name and the games, positions including notation and graphic comments are saved in this database.
