How long your ChessBase account has a membership (Starter or Premium), you can check in several places.
In the ChessBase Shop, in your ChessBase account and also directly in playchess on our chess server.

• In the ChessBase Shop at "Account - ChessBase Account". First click on the "Account" field with your account name to get an overview of the account areas. Then click on "ChessBase Account".
  
  
  
  Now you will get a window with information about the account.
• In the ChessBase account at "user data". Log in at the URL https://account.chessbase.com with your account name.
  Then call up the "User data".
  
  
  
  
  The info page starts with the "user data". Scroll down a bit to the section "My ChessBase Account". There you will find the type and duration of your membership.
  
  

 

• In the Windows client of playchess, which is also integrated into the programs ChessBase (17/16 etc.) and Fritz.
  After logging in to the playchess server, you can find the information about your account at "Account - View Account".
  
  
  
  
  
   

  A ChessBase account that no longer has a membership is not automatically deleted immediately. Only the functions associated with the Starter or Premium membership are no longer available.
