Question: my Chessbase Reader is not updating purchased data on my second computer. I already have the latest version. My problem is that in one of my 2 computers, my Chessbase Reader does not update all my purchases. I do not see all my purchased data on my second computer

Answer: on your 2nd computer you also need to first install all your purchased courses in order that they show up within the ChessBase Reader 2017 via the „Purchased Data“ Button. 

The ChessBase Reader 2017 does not update your Fritztrainer courses automatically, it’s not a Cloud drive, it’s rather a local Windows Program, which opens your locally installed Fritztrainer courses.
