When you start a new game with Fritz, the chess board is usually automatically rotated by 180 degrees. So at every restart the white and the black pieces are built up alternately at the bottom of the screen. In the support it is relatively asked how to turn this off.
The setting can be changed under the program options in the section Game.
There is the entry "Flip board on new game".
If you deactivate this option, the white pieces will always be placed at the bottom of the screen from the user's point of view.
