Database text does not work

Question: when I want to create a text file inside a database with ChessBase 17 (File - New -T Text in Database) this function is grayed out. Can you tell me what I am doing wrong?

Answer: For example, if you want to create a text inside a PGN database, creating a database text is not possible.

So it depends on the database format if the functionality of the database text is available.
