Question: on an identical system, under Shop/Your Products, I cannot functionally launch a single one of my very many FritzTrainer (Text tab is blank). Under "My databases" the similar effect - my approx. 100 created opening reports cannot be opened (tab Text is blank). Also new/over-installations do not work - neither in the case of the trainers nor in the case of the reports.

The only change within my system is overlapping from WIN10 to WIN11 (none of my numerous, other software runs on problems of any kind).


Answer: Please check in the system settings under programs if the component "Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime" is installed. This component is used to display the HTML content in Chessbase and must be installed.

The CB17 installer installs this component. White pages indicate that this component is not installed or installed incorrectly.
