Engine Cloud does not work for me what can I do

I have Ducats and a valid ChessBase Account membership but the Engine Cloud does not work for me what can I do?

For the Engine Cloud a valid ChessBase Membership and Ducats ("ChessBase currency") is needed.

 

A problem with the login at the engine cloud can occur, when the playchess server does not "know" the account name.

In this case please first check if the login with your account name (do not use the email as login!) on playchess works.

When the playchess login works, it should also possible to use the engine cloud 

(again: use the account name as login, not mail address).
