Activation menu inactive

Question: i bought Fritz 18 online, installed it on my Windows 10 machine, activated it and still can't access the update function. These functions are displayed inversively.

After many hours of trying, reinstalling, deactivating and activating, I am at a loss.

Can you help me?

Answer: these important functions are only available when you are logged in with a registered ChessBase account!

You can either log in on the start screen under "Login",

alternatively, this option is also available after starting the program under "Login".

After logging in with a ChessBase account, the maintenance functions are available.
