Question: I own various FritzTrainer which worked wonderfully so far. Recently other Windows applications start when I click on the "Play Video" button. So it does not start my ChessBase 16 and I can not replay the video lessons on the graphical chess board. Is there a solution I can try here?
Answer: You can use the "Register File Types" function in the "Maintenance" menu of the program to solve the problem.
Alternatively, for the CB16 database program, you can perform a manual assignment within Windows Explorer for the *.mp4 and *.wmv file extensions (i.e. the video format). This should solve the described problem.
