After purchasing the download version, you can find your purchased programs in your user account in the online store.  To do this, log in with your access data and click on the entry "My Downloads".

Depending on the system configuration, you will now find a clear listing of the existing installers for the components of the selected program. Here e.g. for Fritz 18.

There are different installers for the different operating system versions of the software and add-ons. The versions of Fritz 18 for 32-bit Windows computers are listed separately, just like the versions 64-bit PCs. 

So you just have to click on the appropriate entry to start the download of the appropriate version. You will then find the downloads in the predefined download area of your computer. After downloading, you start the installation by double-clicking with any file manager, e.g. Windows Explorer.

This procedure is valid for all downloads. When using the DVD version, the installer checks the system configuration and automatically installs the version that matches the operating system.
