Question: After the last update of Windows 10 (1803 -> 1903), the hotkeys for commenting do not work for the comment of the words, but the annotation of a comment with the annotation palette already works. What could be the reason?

Answer: After * every * Windows 10 feature update the font setup has to be run once, because the update will delete important informations/settings.
