While Gukesh has won the Candidates and is currently number 6 in the world, but Arjun Erigaisi, who has been playing a lot of tournaments lately, is officially India's number one and the world's number 5.

Erigaisi is currently playing in the Sigeman & Co tournament in Sweden, and to get an idea of how he is doing, we have chosen his game against Maurizzi as our Game of the Week.
