4/9/2023 – “Armageddon Championship Series: Asia & Oceania”, the second event of the cycle developed by World Chess, is taking place on April 3-9 in Berlin. Daniil Dubov, Yu Yangyi, Vladimir Kramnik, Nodirbek Abdusattorov, Vidit Gujrathi, Parham Maghsoodloo, Gukesh D and Murali Karthikeyan play a double-elimination blitz knockout, as they battle for €50,000 in prize money and two spots in the series’ Grand Finale. | Start: 20.00 CEST. Each day (April 3-9), the matches will consist of two blitz games and, if necessary, an Armageddon game (five minutes for White, four for Black). The show will last for 80 minutes and will be broadcasted live (and show highlights) on over 30 TV channels all over the world.
